Ashley Freilich, who is seven months pregnant, pauses with her 15 month old daughter Rebecca, inside her northwest Houston apartment Thursday, April 28, 2016. Freilich and her husband, Richard, who were evacuated with their two young children Cole, 3, and Rebecca, 15 months, by boat from the apartment during the flooding last Tuesday, steadily returned to their apartment throughout the weekend, slowly recovering the belongings that they had placed above the water line before evacuation. On Wednesday they returned to their apartment to find everything gone. They had been told they had 14 days to recover their personal items. Everything from the children's toys to a necklace containing some of Ashley's mother's ashes were gone.
